Enterprise Licensing and Distribution Model
The Reef Squid PenTest Toolkit Pro is licensed under a Named-User, Subscription-Based Enterprise Model, designed to provide internal security and DevOps teams with a cost-effective, high-impact solution for advanced security testing.
User Entitlement:
- Each single license of the Reef Squid PenTest Toolkit Pro grants access to a maximum of one(1) Named User.
- A “Named User” is defined as a specific, designated individual employee within the purchasing company (e.g., Jane Doe, Security Analyst). Licenses are non-concurrent and non-transferable between personnel except for permanent employee turnover.
- The purchasing organization is responsible for assigning and managing these six user slots via the central administrative console.
Distribution Rights:
- The application is fully distributable across the purchasing company’s internal network and devices for use by the six licensed Named Users.
- This license permits deployment for security operations, vulnerability management, and ethical hacking exercises against the purchasing company’s own assets.
Licensing Boundaries:
- To maintain compliance, any entity—including subsidiary companies, affiliates, or joint ventures—operating under a separate EIN (Employer Identification Number), TAX ID number, or a distinct corporate tax structure is considered a separate organization and must purchase its own, independent license of the Reef Squid PenTest Toolkit Pro.
🔒 Access and Licensing
Immediate Access: Upon successful purchase of the Reef Squid PenTest Toolkit, the primary contact will immediately receive an email containing a unique username and a temporary password to log in and begin using the software.
Note: All sales of the Reef Squid PenTest Toolkit are final. The purchase is non-refundable once the license is issued and the access credentials have been delivered via email. By completing the transaction, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these non-refundable terms. For security purposes, users are required to change the temporary password immediately upon first login.
